On Saturday, January 17th, at 3:00 PM, Ariadne Sawyer will facilitate an Empowered Dreaming workshop at

Vancouver BC

Bring paper, pens, and your imagination!
This 90-minute workshop will provide:
•   Dreaming techniques for creativity and achieving your goals.
•   Remembering your dreams and using them in daily life.
•   Using focused dreaming to create a creative dream project.
•   Using day dreaming as a bridge to the unconscious.
•   Day dreaming for poetry and writing.
•   Setting goals and problem solving exercises.

Fee: $20 / $25 (World Poetry members / Non-members)

Ariadne Sawyer, MA, CP (Peak Performance Plus Trainer), has spent over 12 years studying the brain and human behaviour. She specializes in creativity and has worked as a consultant to musicians, writers, actors, painters, poets, dancers, and film writers. Ariadne has done research on and has provided numerous workshops on dreaming — including a dreaming e-course.
